Ray Bange is a nationally recognised policy consultant and operational strategist with an abiding interest in healthcare service delivery. His career has encompassed over 40 years in senior executive roles in the public and private sectors in Australia, Hong Kong and other Asian centres including work with aid agencies, educational bodies, public integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies.
His understanding of practical operational and policy issues has been shaped by his in-depth research into healthcare delivery including the management and operations of paramedic services and regulatory frameworks. He was the first Vice Chancellor QUT.
