Rev. Father Michael McKenna was Parish Priest of St Brigid's Catholic Church Rosewood from 1922 - 1927.
In 1930 he became Monsignor McKenna and was the Vicar General of Toowoomba Catholic Diocese until his passing in 1974. He was renowned for his loyalty to the Church and for his very genuine courtesies and manners.
